Craven Faults Live Works

UK modular synth wizard Craven Faults returns to his long-running Works series for a new live EP naturally entitled Live Works. Recorded during lockdown in isolation at the textile mill where the artist resides, Live Works presents newly appended versions of three prior Craven Faults tracks and one new composition in the style and mindset of these new live takes. As strong a case as any for the awesome power and gripping capabilities of the analogue synth-as-live-spectacle, this version of ‘Eller Ghyll’ goes to trance-level waves of ecstasy while the closing ‘Ravelands Brow’ is a stunning slice of progressive electronica.
